ALBERTO BUENO
Alberto Bueno holds a BA in Public Administration from FGV and a MSc in International Economics from the London School of Economics (LSE). He adds 25 years of experience in strategic analysis of public policies, business strategies, international trade, and government affairs. Prior to founding Concordia, Alberto served as Partner at Prospectiva, as an advisor to a presidential candidate in the 2010 elections, trade expert at the WTO in Geneva, and as a consultant for McKinsey in the SP office.
ANDRESSA NERVINO
Andressa holds a BA in Political Science and an MBA in Institutional Relations from UnB. She has experience advocating on behalf of both the public and private sectors. She devises action plans to defend our client’s interests before the Executive Branch. She worked in parliamentary outreach for the Ministry of Planning, monitoring and lobbying on budget issues before the Presidency, other ministries and Congress. She also worked as coordinator of parliamentary affairs at the Ministry of Justice.
MARCOS RUI LIMA
Marcos Rui holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Brasília and is a specialist in Government Relations, certified by FGV. Since 2011, he has worked in government and institutional relations. Within the federal government, he served in the Ministry of Finance and was the Head of Parliamentary Affairs at both the Ministry of Planning and the Presidency’s Secretariat for Micro and Small Businesses. Since joining Concordia in 2018, he has provided strategic consultancy to clients across the food, agriculture, energy, finance, mining, and digital platform sectors.
BRENDA SOUSA
Brenda Sousa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Brasília (UnB) and a postgraduate degree in Political Strategy and Leadership from FESPSP. She has been a member of the Concordia team since 2019. Her professional background includes experience in the public sector, having served in the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Finance, and Culture. At present, she leads the monitoring and analysis of consumer goods and key regulated sectors
GUILHERME SILVA
Guilherme Silva holds a degree in Public Administration from FGV, with a minor in International Relations. Throughout his academic career, his research focused on public policy, public-private partnerships (PPPs), and the role of regulatory agencies. With over eight years of experience in Government Relations, he possesses deep expertise in the payments, agribusiness, and infrastructure sectors. He currently leads projects centered on Central Bank-regulated entities, focusing on institutional advocacy, regulatory monitoring, and political risk management.
ÍRIS PAVAN
Íris Pavan holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Brasília (UnB), as well as an MBA in Law and Regulation of the Electricity Sector from IDP. With extensive experience in the energy, mining, infrastructure, environment, and gig economy sectors, she has built a solid career in the private sector. Her professional background includes roles in government relations consultancies and leading the public policy department for an energy company prior to returning to Concordia
